Representatives of the private sector and members of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Tehran met on Sunday with a visiting Russian delegation from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of North Ossetia, Alania, to further examine the development of the grain trade between Iran and Russia.

The chamber’s website announced that the meeting was held at the headquarters of TCCIM.

The President of the ICC of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Kazbek Tuganov led the Russian delegation. The managing directors of many local companies working in the field of grain production accompanied him.

Consumable merchandise, such as Agricultural, food and livestock make up 74% of Iran's total exports to Russia in 2018. On the other hand, such merchandise constitue 65% of Russia's total exports to Iran.
